And just like our classes we can provide fun, inclusive and affordable activities suitable for your child’s birthday celebrations

Our party packages are aimed at children between the ages of 2 and 12 – but if you have a specific request outside of these age groups please do not hesitate to CONTACT US and we’ll always see what we can do

What should you expect at a Hot Shots Party?

Well firstly and most importantly lots of tennis based games and fun

But going in to more detail:

WE WILL PROVIDE: An LTA accredited coach with experience of running kids parties, all the equipment that might be needed, prizes for games and competition run during the session, the fun factor

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE: The venue, any catering, the birthday boy or girl, the guests

And how much does it cost?

We have three standard party packages to choose from and have priced these with a range of budgets in mind.

The standard price for our packages is for up to 16 children (to include the birthday boy or girl) – if you would like to increase the group size for your party get in touch and we can tailor make a quote and package for you

BASELINERS PARTY PACKAGE – £65.00

  • A 45 minute coach led tennis session at the start of your party
  • Coach for the duration of the tennis activity only (45 minutes)
  • All equipment provided
  • Stickers for each child to take home
  • Balloon for each child to take home
  • You are then free for the rest of the time to schedule food, drink and other party games as you wish

ACES PARTY PACKAGE – £100.00

  • A 45 minute coach led tennis session at the start of the party
  • Followed by a 30 minute party games session after you’ve eaten led by the coach
  • Coach for the duration of the party (maximum party length 2 hours)
  • All equipment provided
  • Stickers for each child to take home
  • Balloon for each child to take home
  • Goody bag for the birthday boy or girl

GRAND SLAM PARTY PACKAGE – £150.00

  • A 45 minute coach led tennis at the start of the party
  • Followed by either a further 45 minute coach led tennis competition OR a 45 minute party games session led by the coach after you’ve eaten
  • Coach for the duration of the party (maximum party length 2.5 hours)
  • All equipment provided
  • Tennis themed gift for birthday boy or girl
  • Party bags for all guests
  • Personalised Hot Shots Party digital invitation emailed you to you to send out to all of your guests

Due to coach availability we require four weeks notice at least when making a booking but advise booking sooner particularly for parties on weekends – it is advisable to also have your venue confirmed or at least venue in mind, so our coaches can appropriately plan for the space before confirming a booking with us.
